This is an in person, live event. Registration is now open, register now to receive an early bird rate! Registration cancellation requests received via My PA Network contact us page on or before March 12th will receive a full refund minus up to a $255. cancellation fee. Registration cancellation requests received after March 12th will not receive a refund.

Credits Offered

This event will offer approximately 24.5 CME credits to attendees. The conference is in the planning stages so we have not applied for AAPA or AANP CME credits yet.

The Utah Academy of Physician Assistants is pleased to present its annual CME Conference: John Allen Memorial Conference live in St. George Utah. 

Those who participate in this continuing medical education conference may be eligible to receive a maximum of TBD hours/credits for their attendance.

This events aims to offer informative, current, and relevant information for Advanced Practice Clinicians devised to stimulate thinking through didactic lectures, lively debate, complex case studies and engaging workshops.

Invited faculty will present cutting-edge information on the diagnosis, management and treatment of common conditions, diseases, and problems.

The audience for the conference is physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellation requests received by the St George CME Conference registration office on or before Friday, March 5, 2022 will receive a refund, minus up to a $255 cancellation fee. Registration cancellation requests received by the St George CME Conference registration office after Friday, March 5, 2022 will not be refunded. Exhibit Hall Table
Early Bird Discount Until 1/28/2023

You will receive a 10 foot by 5-foot area with a table to display. Conference attendees will visit the exhibit hall during scheduled breaks on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Attendees will have an entry card where they will need to get exhibitor signature to be entered in a drawing. There will be a raffle and attendees will get raffle tickets for visiting booths in the exhibit hall.

Silver Sponsorship includes branding and recognition in the following areas:

  • Your logo and brand will be displayed as a sponsor on the conference website.

  • Your logo and brand will be included as a sponsor on a syllabus that each participant will receive.

Gold Sponsorship: Same Branding as Tier 1 plus an exhibitor table

Gold Sponsorship includes branding and recognition in areas listed below as well as an exhibitor table at the conference to promote your organization to attendees during our exhibit hall hours Thursday through Saturday.

  • Your logo and brand will be displayed as a sponsor on the conference website.
  • Your logo and brand will be displayed as a sponsor on a support poster displayed onsite.
  • Your logo and brand will be included as a sponsor on a syllabus that each participant will receive.
  • Your logo and brand will be displayed on a branding slide projected during each session.

Note: You will have a table space of 10x 5 feet and a table to display your items. Attendees will visit during the scheduled breaks on Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday.

You will provide a buffet-style dinner during the 2023 CME John Allen Memorial Conference to be catered by the Dixie Center. You will choose a non-CME speaker who will speak on the topic of your choice during the dinner. You can choose to sponsor dinner on Wednesday or Thursday.

You will provide a buffet-style lunch during the 2023 CME John Allen Memorial Conference to be catered by the Dixie Center.. You will choose a non-CME speaker who will speak on the topic of your choice during the lunch. You can choose to sponsor lunch on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday

You will provide a buffet-style breakfast during the 2023 CME John Allen Memorial Conference to be catered by the Dixie Center. You will choose a non-CME speaker who will speak on the topic of your choice during the breakfast. You can choose to provide breakfast on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

Break Time Snack with Signage

You will be providing a break-time snack from the menu at the Dixie Center to be served at the 2023 CME John Allen Memorial Conference. The snacks will be provided outside the conference room and will have branded signage indicating you as the sponsor. Break times are available mornings and afternoons on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Your logo will be featured on the laptop bag that all attendees will receive. The bag will have the conference name along with your logo.
