New Rules Allowing Enrollment of PAs Under Utah Medicaid

Three rules that are positive toward PA inclusion have been finalized, including those that allow for the enrollment of PAs under Utah Medicaid.
We have also recently received a survey from the state’s Medicaid agency confirming the new enrollment status.
These were adopted on December 1, 2021 by Utah Department of Health/ Division of Health Care Financing/ Bureau of Coverage and Reimbursement Policy.
