PA Week 2023!!!
Today, we celebrate our recent legislative victories which have enhanced PA's ability to practice.
This past year, the legislature passed SB 35 creating the licensure compact to make it easier for licensed professionals to practice across state lines.
SB 27/ SB 28 was groundbreaking. That act ensures that physician assistants are able to alleviate the strain of a limited medical workforce to provide care by allowing qualified, trained, experienced physician assistants to practice without direct oversight of a physician.
