Dear Utah Academy of Physician Assistants (UAPA) members,

I am honored and thrilled to step into the role of President of the UAPA. As I begin this journey, I want to express my profound admiration for the strides we have made in advancing Utah PA legislation. These accomplishments have not only improved our medical practice but have also significantly enhanced access to healthcare for our patients across Utah. It is humbling to follow the presidency of Alan Bybee. Thank you, Alan, for your service!

Our collective efforts have led to tangible improvements in patient care and the professional environment for PAs. The passage of recent bills has been a testament to UAPA membership dedication and advocacy, and it is this spirit of progress that fills me with optimism for the future. I am confident that together, we will continue to navigate the evolving landscape of healthcare, ensuring that PAs remain at the forefront of patient-centered care.

Engaging with you, my friends, is an opportunity I eagerly anticipate. Your insights, experiences, and commitment are the driving force behind our continued success. I am excited to work alongside you as we strive to elevate the standard of health care for all Utahns.

Looking ahead, my vision for the UAPA is to enhance the value of our membership further. This includes expanding educational resources, fostering professional development opportunities, and continuing to advocate for legislative changes that support our practice and patients. I am committed to making UAPA membership synonymous with excellence, innovation, and community.

Together, let's build on past successes and embark on this new chapter with determination and a shared vision for a brighter, healthier future for the patients we serve and the profession we love.

Sincerely,
