Utah Poison Control Center (UPCC) Survey

The Utah Poison Control Center (UPCC) provides poison information, poison prevention education and clinical toxicology consultation 24-hours a day throughout the state of Utah.

Specialists in poison information (nurses and pharmacists with additional training in clinical toxicology) respond to over 40,000 calls a year. Approximately 20% of the cases the UPCC is consulted on require treatment in a healthcare facility. The UPCC would like your feedback to ensure that we continue to provide high quality service to health professionals statewide.
